Usually, yes. The words and images normally come from you, since nobody knows your business better. If you're short on time or not sure where to start though, just ask and we can help out with some of it.

Nope! We work asynchronously by default, so your whole project can run over email and messages on a schedule that suits you. Everything is written down, nothing gets lost, and if you'd ever prefer a quick call, we're happy to arrange one.

Yes, all of our monthly packages include hosting charges. This enables us to keep your website up and running. If you stop your monthly payments before your contract expires, your hosting will also stop. If you're not on a monthly package, we can host for you for an additional fee.

Yes, all of our web packages include SEO as standard. While we can't guarantee a top spot on Google, we follow best practices to get your website ranking as well as possible and keep it discoverable across search engines and AI assistants.

Absolutely! We have no set pricing for this sort of request, so it will depend on a case-by-case basis. Send us a message and we will gladly manage your website for you.

If you are on a package that grants you editor access, yes. Generally though, we prefer to make changes for you, as it keeps the design consistent and means you don't have to worry about it. Just let us know what needs updating and we'll take care of it.

Fast. Every website we build is optimised for performance, so no matter which package you choose, your pages will load in the blink of an eye.

Your monthly fee keeps your website up and running, so if payments stop without warning before your contract ends, your website will be taken down. We understand things don't always go to plan though. If you need to cancel, please give us at least one month's notice so we can work something out with you.

After your contract is up, you will move onto a rolling monthly contract. When the time comes, we may be able to offer a new contract at a reduced price.
